The mixed-use project L68° is another in a series of developments behind which Texo Molior d.o.o. stands as owner, investor and contractor — a company that has operated successfully in the construction sector for years, working across all stages of development and delivery of complex public and private projects.

L68° was conceived as their considered vision of contemporary living in Croatia, with an emphasis on quality of execution, long-term value and the everyday comfort of future residents. The project on this established site enters a new phase under a new investor, who is fully involved in its development and delivery and brings a new concept and architectural identity, particularly to the residential part.
